Privacy Policy

Rarian Coaching is committed to protecting your privacy. This notice explains how I handle your personal data and, importantly, my commitment to the confidentiality of our coaching conversations.
1. The Data I Collect
Because I do not keep records of our coaching conversations, I only collect the minimum information necessary to run my practice:
Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number (collected via my booking form).
Payment Information: Processed securely through [Stripe/PayPal/Squarespace]. I do not store your credit card details.
Administrative Data: Records of session dates and payments for tax and accounting purposes.
2. My "No Records" Policy
To ensure the highest level of privacy and to create a safe space for your growth:
No Session Notes: I do not keep written or digital notes regarding the content of our coaching sessions.
No Recordings: I do not record audio or video of our calls unless specifically requested by you for your own review and agreed upon in writing beforehand.
3. Confidentiality & Legal Exceptions
Everything discussed in our sessions is strictly confidential. I will not share your identity or the details of our work with anyone. The only exceptions to this confidentiality are:
Where there is a clear risk of serious harm to yourself or others.
Where I am legally compelled to do so by a court of law.
4. How I Store Your Data
The limited administrative data I do hold (your contact info and booking history) is stored within Google workspace’s secure platform. I use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where available to ensure this data remains secure.
5. Data Retention
I retain your contact for as long as required by law for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). After this period, your data is permanently deleted.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the contact information I hold about you, or to request that I delete your contact details from my system at any time.
