About Rarian Coaching

Like many ADHDers, Emily was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, following years of ‘not knowing’. Her eureka moment came while she was researching how to help her struggling teenage daughter, now also diagnosed.

Being a freelance journalist, she decided to use her skills to specialise in writing about neurodivergence, particularly ADHD, in order to help inform and educate. Along with this she trained as an ADHD-informed coach with the fantastic Gold Mind Academy - a life-changing year.

Rarian means ‘roar’ in Old English. Like a lion at rest Emily had always had a quiet strength inside her; she wanted to achieve her potential but was often scuppered by her ADHD. She didn’t know how to get past her challenges and find her ‘roar’. Gold Mind taught her how to work with her ADHD, rediscover her strengths and finally step into her power. Now she is helping others do the same.

“Rise like Lions after slumber

In unvanquishable number,

Shake your chains to earth like dew

Which in sleep had fallen on you -

Ye are many - they are few.”

Percy Bysshe Shelley
